The Division Training-Workshop on Multimedia Production and TV-based Instruction was conducted by Masbate City Division on February 21-25, 2022 at the MNCHS Student Center with the proponent of LAPAY Multimedia Team, Jemnah A. Macabe, Education Program Supervisor in Science. The resource speakers were the five (5) participants from the Regional Training-Workshop on Multimedia Production and TV-based Instruction which was held in Sto. Domingo, Albay. The said resource speakers were namely:

Chinky Mae G. Paladio- Master Editor

Charlyn Shane B. Dela Rama- Secondary Editor

Anabelle S. Badillo- Director of Photography

   The CID Chief Noel D. Logronio inspires the participants of his stories related in TV broadcasting and he encourages everyone to work for the learners in whatever platform there may be. The teacher-broadcasters and directors simulate the actual shooting in a production. CLMD Chief Francisco B. Bulalacao Jr. gives his inspiring message to the participants of the Division Training-Workshop on Multimedia Production and TV-based Instruction at the MNCHS Student Center.
