The Alternative Learning System (ALS) of SDO Masbate City conducted a three-day workshop which was participated in by the ALS teachers, Nov. 22-25, 2022 at the Library Hub, SDO Masbate City.

Project DigitiALS proponent Sir Ray James B. Mercader, ALS Teacher, conceptualized said innovation purposely to promote multimedia-based educational resources among the learners and ultimately enhance their knowledge on the maximum utilization of ICT.

It is hoped [that] after the workshop ALS teachers will be able to provide the learners with engaging lessons through remote learning intervention of the program as another option of learning modalities such as educational TV-based and Radio-based Instruction (RBI).

Furthermore, the conduct of DigitiALS workshop will strengthen the implementation of Project Se7en by Se7en focusing on multimedia integration based on the least mastered competencies of the learners.

Serving as resource persons were CID Chief ES Noel D. Logronio, Sir Ray James B. Mercader, Sir Cesar Bosque and Ma'am Annabelle Badillo and they were joined by EPS Zaida Mendoza and EPS Josephine Rimandiman.

Division ALS Focal Person Dr. Marvin M. Garcia supervised the conduct of the said workshop.
